Working for Project Ski was one of the best things I have ever done, 5 months of my life I will never forget. Working for a small independent company, you are not just another worker, you are a part of a family. I worked incredibly hard, but was rewarded with the opportunity to ski everyday and a boss who understood the meaning of work hard, play hard. The flexibility of project ski means no 2 weeks are the same, one week I would be playing board games with kids and making hot chocolates, the next week showing a bunch of Aussie’s the best bars. I met so many incredible people from all over the world, and had the privilege of being part of their holiday. I made life long friends and would work for Project Ski again in a heartbeat.

The size of Project Ski is a real highlight; Naomi expects high standards and keeps a close eye on staff but the extra effort you put in is definitely worth it for the perks and rewards you’ll receive, such as more time on the slopes compared with other chalet companies. The accommodation is great; living with seasonaires from other companies means you get to know lots of people throughout resort from bar staff to drivers. Naomi’s enthusiasm and encouragement to lead the small team ensured high spirits and morale which bigger companies often lack. I couldn’t have imagined a better ski season during my time with Project Ski and made friends and memories that will stay with me for life.

Working with Project Ski was a fantastic experience. From the minute I got off the plane I was made to feel welcome as part of the 2016/2017 team. Project Ski is a very professional company hosting amazing holidays for a real mix of people, from family holidays to groups of friends wanting to hit the slopes. This means no two weeks will ever be the same. One of the best things about working with Project Ski is the staff are not forgotten, you will always have plenty of time on the slopes and time to make the most of resort, as well as having a great management team to back you up if you need it. Putting all this together makes Project Ski a fun, friendly and very professional company to work with. Work hard, play hard and bring on next season.

Working for Project Ski was an awesome experience and held an opportunity like no other. As my first season, I was happy and relieved to be surrounded by a cozy team of individuals, all out to do a great job and have fun, creating a “family feels” atmosphere worth remembering. Also being a beginner skier, having a good amount of time on the slopes allowed me to discover this thrilling sport I now can’t wait to improve on. Working for Project Ski was never boring, one week I’d be talking travel with Americans, the next I’d be conversing over Christmas cake in French. All in all, I highly recommend this being an excellent way to spend the winter, learn new skills, make new friends and enjoy the snow!
